Nintendo’s second quarter financial report detailed company forecasts and announced the estimated Wii U sales forecasts.

According to Nintendo’s latest forecast, 5.5 million Wii U units are projected to be sold by March 31, 2013. Nintendo noted during the report that the Wii U’s production phase is cutting into company profits, but Nintendo did not disclose the year-to-date Wii U expenses.
